Planning tool, not veterinary care

XYZ Pets provides general organizational information. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or establish a veterinarian-client relationship. Contact a veterinarian for medical decisions and urgent care.

Your information and decisions

You are responsible for the information you enter, the people with whom you share it, and decisions made from any plan or export. Check reminders, contact details, doses, dates, and calendar imports before relying on them.

Calculators and estimates

Calculators perform arithmetic using the values you enter. They do not supply market rates, determine nutritional suitability, create a binding quote, or include charges you did not enter. Verify units, prices, dates, billing terms, taxes, and fees with the relevant provider.

Commercial links

XYZ Pets may display clearly labeled advertisements or links that can earn a commission. Commercial links do not create a professional recommendation. Read the disclosure shown near the link and the current Affiliate Disclosure.

Sitter Studio digital download

Sitter Studio Edition 01 is available free of charge and licensed to one business. The license permits use on that business's devices and sharing completed documents with its clients. Redistribution or resale of the app and blank templates is not included. Future versions, hosted services and bespoke support are not promised as part of this edition.

No purchase or registration is required to use or download this edition. You may keep using the downloaded edition under its included license. Browser and downloaded copies save separately; export backups to move or protect your records.

The app prepares administrative documents; it does not process payments or verify payments recorded by a user. Confirm local tax and invoicing requirements and use your own reviewed service terms. Exported backups are your responsibility.

Availability

The tool is provided as available and may change. Browser storage can be cleared by device settings, private browsing, or browser maintenance, so exported records should be kept separately when they matter.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, XYZ Pets is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general planning content, inaccurate user-entered information, missed reminders, unavailable browser storage, or third-party device and calendar behavior.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the project changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
