What should I charge?

Figures use your business currency. Includes only entered costs; excludes income tax and unentered overhead. Travel is per visit; admin is per booking. The target rate rounds up to the next cent.

Your first five minutes
- Choose Quote, Invoice or Client update. Add your name and the client’s name on the same page.
- Add your services and prices, or use Price a visit to calculate a rate and create a quote from it.
- Open the optional sections only if you need dates, tax, discounts or payment instructions.
- Check the preview, then choose Download PDF or Copy text. Send the finished document yourself.
- Export a backup after each working session. Keep it in a safe folder.
Know where your records live
Use the studio on the website or open your downloaded HTML copy. No account is needed. Each copy saves separately in its browser. Browsers can clear storage; moving or renaming a downloaded file can also change where it saves. Export a backup to move work between copies or devices. Restore imports it only after you confirm replacing the current workspace.
If another tab saves changes, this copy pauses saving. Back up any edits you want to keep, then choose Load latest saved work to continue from the saved version.
Downloaded client documents contain the information you entered. Store and share them carefully. Nothing is sent, emailed, uploaded, synced or charged by this app.
What this edition includes
Up to 200 saved jobs, 30 service lines per job, six currencies, quotes, invoices, client updates, a pricing worksheet, branded documents, PDF downloads, printing, text copy and backup/restore. Desktop Chrome, Edge and Firefox are the intended browsers. Mobile layout is provided, but local file opening varies by device.
Practical limits
This is an administrative template, not an accounting system, payment processor, legal contract or veterinary service. Confirm local invoicing requirements and applicable taxes for your business. The app does not collect payments or track appointments. Use your own reviewed service terms.
Edition 01 is free for one business to use and send its completed documents to clients. You may keep using your downloaded edition. Do not resell or redistribute the app or blank templates; share the XYZ Pets download page instead. Future versions and ongoing services are not included in this license.
